摘要
为了提高机电产品研发项目工作分解的分解效率和准确性,提出了基于材料明细表(BOM)的机电产品研发项目的工作分解方法。通过机电产品零部件的自然属性和它们之间的关联关系,分析了机电产品BOM和项目工作分解结构(WBS)的相关性。分别建立了BOM和WBS的数学模型,并按照分层次和分阶段的原则,定义了机电产品研发过程中不同BOM和WBS之间的映射规则,实现了从机电产品的多个BOM到WBS的映射转换。最后,以接触器研发项目为例验证了上述方法的有效性和可行性。
To improve the efficiency and accuracy of work decomposition of mechanical and electrical products R&D(Research and Development)projects,a new decomposition method based on bill of materials (BOM)for mechanical and electrical products was proposed. The relevance between BOM and work breakdown structure (WBS)was analyzed through the natural properties and association relations of the mechanical and electrical products components. The mathematical model of BOM and WBS were established. According to the hierarchical and phased principle,the mapping rules between different BOMs and WBS in the R&D process of mechanical and electrical products were defined The automatic mapping transformation from BOMs to WBS was achieved. At last,the validity and applicability of the proposed method were verified by taking a contactor R&D project as an example.
