摘要
塔设备作为石油化工中的重要设备之一,应用十分广泛。塔设备在风诱导振动过程中,塔体振动会引发分离位置动态变化、涡脱落频率和模式改变,进而大幅度改变横向力特性。采用数值求解N-S方程、结合Transition SST湍流模型的方法模拟塔设备周围气流的非定常流动,开展较高雷诺数工况下的塔设备三维流场模拟分析,研究塔设备旋涡三维非定常形成、脱落规律,以及塔架振动对其的动态影响。涡脱落模式2S,2P+2S和2P出现的位置发生明显改变,其中2P+2S涡脱落模式最为复杂。结果表明,塔设备振动振幅和频率的改变会对涡脱落模式产生明显的影响作用。
The tower equipment is one of the major facilities of the petroleum chemical industry with a wide range of applications.The wind induced vibration of the tower equipment usually causes a change in Karman vortex shedding formation and frequency,and a significant change in the unsteady aerodynamic characteristics.In this paper,the numerical solution based on the N-S equation and Transition SST is used to simulate the unsteady flow around the tower equipment.A three-dimensional study on the influence of the vibration of tower equipment on aerodynamic characteristics is carried out.The vortex distribution law in the high direction,vortex dynamic generation and vortex shedding rule of the three-dimensional tower equipment are analyzed.The dynamic influence on vortex shedding of tower vibration is studied.Vortex shedding modes of 2S,2P and 2P+2S are present at different positions,where the 2P+2S model is the most complicate.The results indicate that vibrations of tower equipment have significant influences on the vortex shedding,as well as the shedding modes and shedding frequencies.
