摘要
2015年9月颁布的ASME规范案例2843,针对按ASMEⅧ-2进行分析的承压部件,给出了高温下多个失效模式的评定方法,其原理和框架基本参照ASMEⅢ-NH,该方法为运行于蠕变温度范围的承压设备设计提供了一条有效途径。通过对ASME规范案例2843中的方法及其与ASMEⅢ-NH的联系和区别进行解读和探讨,为国内工程设计人员更好地理解该规范案例提供参考。
ASME code case 2843,as an extension of ASME Ⅷ-2,was issued in September 2015.This code case provides the evaluation methods against several failure modes for the components subjected to high temperature.These methods provide an effective way for the design of pressure equipment served in the creep temperature range.The principle and framework are basically referred to ASME Ⅲ-NH.In this paper,the methods in ASME code case 2843 and its relationship and difference with ASME Ⅲ-NH were interpreted and discussed,so as to provide reference for domestic engineering designers to better understand this code case better.
