江西庐山自然保护区大型真菌资源收集及调查 被引量:2

摘要 对江西庐山自然保护区内大型真菌资源进行调查,共采集标本270余份,采用经典分类学与分子系统学研究方法,鉴定子囊菌门4目4科5属8种,担子菌门9目32科69属170种,合计178种;其中腐生菌78种,寄生菌3种,菌根菌97种;食用菌79种,药用菌13种,食药两用菌9种,毒菌31种;通过分离纯化共获得菌株74株。重复多次调查以及整合现有庐山大型真菌研究报道,对摸清江西省大型真菌家底具有重要意义。 A total of 270 samples were collected to study the macrofungi resources in Lushan Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province. By combining classical taxonomy with molecular systematics methods, 178 species were identified, of which 8 species belonged to 5 genera, 4 families, 4 orders of Ascomycota, and 170 species belonged to 69 genera, 32 families, 9 orders of Basidiomycotina, Among them there were 78 species belonging to saprophytic, 3 species parasites, 97 species mycorrhizal fungi, 79 species edible fungi, 13 species medicinal fungi,9 species edible and medicinal fungi, and 31 species toadstools. A total of 74 strains were obtained by isolation and purification. Through repeated investigations and integration of existing research reports, macrofungi resources in Lushan, Jiangxi Province, tended to be much clearer.
