摘要
基于涡轮发动机复合材料叶片的研究进展,从预浸料铺放(铺层)技术和三维织物机织技术两个方面介绍了涡轮叶片用复合材料增强织物的研究现状,最后从织物结构设计、标准化体系建立、模拟角度提出了涡轮叶片用三维织物的未来发展方向.
Based on the research progress of turbine engine composite blades, the research status of composite reinforced fabrics for turbine blades is introduced from two aspects of prepreg lay-up technology and woven technology of three-dimensional fabric. Finally, according to the fabric structure design, standardization system establishment and simulation, the future development direction of three-dimensional fabrics for turbine blades is proposed.
