Study on the Management Method of Energy Quota for Government Organs

以北京市政府机关能源审计工作为基础,采用模拟技术与实测数据验证相结合的方法,探索建立基于能耗模型数据库的政府机关用能定额管理平台,并探讨提出相应的定额管理方法。

Based on the energy audit work of Beijing municipal government organs, this paper explores the establishment of a management platform for energy consumption quota of government organs based on energy consumption model database by combining simulation technology with the verification of measured data, and explores and puts forward corresponding quota management methods.
