Research and Application of Comprehensive Utilization of Isobutyl Oil

异丁基油是煤炭制取甲醇生产过程中,产生的一种精馏残液,其主要成份是甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等醇类物质,由C、H、O三种元素组成。按照国家规定,精馏残液是一种危险废物,必须按照危险废物的有关规定进行处置,给企业正常生产经营带来诸多不利影响。为了解决这一现实问题,经过认真分析研究论证,将异丁基油在气化炉内高温密闭燃烧,达到了综合利用的目的。

Isobutyl oil is a distillation residue produced in the process of methanol production from coal. Its main components are methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and other alcohols, which are composed of three elements: C, H and O. According to the state regulations, distillation residue is a kind of hazardous waste. It must be disposed of according to the relevant regulations of hazardous waste, which brings many adverse effects to the normal production and operation of enterprises. In order to solve this practical problem, after careful analysis and demonstration, isobutyl oil was burned in a gasifier at high temperature in a closed chamber, and the purpose of comprehensive utilization was achieved.
