基于农村生活垃圾热解处理中的烟气处理工艺选择及优化

Selection and Optimization of Flue Gas Treatment Process Based on Pyrolysis of Rural Household Solid Wastes

简述几种农村生活垃圾处理烟气净化工艺,对比分析各工艺之间的技术经济性。以广西某乡镇生活垃圾处理站为例,基于其使用的生活垃圾热解气化处理技术,结合检测数据分析该烟气处理工艺的合理性和优劣性。最后,对该工艺提出相应的优化方案,为此后类似项目提供技术应用指导。

This article briefly describes several common purification processes of rural household solid wastes(RHSW) treatment flue gas. The technical and economical efficiency of each process is also compared and analyzed. Taking a domestic garbage disposal station in a township in Guangxi as an example, the rationality and advantages and disadvantages of the flue gas treatment process were analyzed based on the use of the RHSW pyrolysis gasification technology. Finally, a corresponding optimization scheme is proposed for the process, and a similar project is provided with technical application guidance for this purpose.
