摘要
中心探测器是江门中微子实验的核心探测器,其主体结构为35.4m直径的有机玻璃球壳,有机玻璃球壳上的应力水平是探测器结构设计的一个关键指标。为了准确地计算有机玻璃球连接节点上的应力,本文运用有限元仿真软件建立三维模型,采用了三种建模方法进行对比研究,最终确定最优建模方法为耦合边界为圆弧的体壳耦合法。
The central detector is the key to the Jiangmen underground neutrino observatory(JUNO)and the acrylic vessel is its main structure,which is of 35.4 m in diameter.The stress of acrylic node is a key design specification.To accurately obtain acrylic node’s stress,three modeling methods are used.Through the comparison of three modeling methods,we determine the optimal modeling method for the shell-to-solid coupling with arc boundary.
