考虑响应时间的制造企业远程监控服务定价策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 服务型制造背景下,制造企业运用物联网通过远程监控技术对售后产品进行远距离实时监测与控制,极大地降低了运维服务的响应时间。本文以运维管理和服务供应链管理理论为依据,探讨了基于响应时间的远程监控智能服务定价问题。研究发现,当满足一定条件时,存在响应时间与服务价格的联合最优解,使得制造企业收益最大化;响应时间存在一个临界点,当响应时间低于该临界点时,无论服务价格如何变化都不会增加制造企业的收益。研究结论为制造企业基于响应时间进行远程监控服务定价以及服务级别协议的签订提供了理论依据。 In the context of service-oriented manufacturing,manufacturing enterprises use remote monitoring technology to real-time monitoring and controlling after-sales products in a long-distance through IOT,thus greatly reducing the response time of the operation & maintenance service.A remote monitoring service pricing strategy was studied in this paper considering the response time based on the theory of operation & maintenance and service supply chain management.It is found that when the parameters satisfy certain conditions,there is a joint optimal solution between the response time and the service price,which maximizes the profit of the manufacturing enterprise.Furthermore,the response time has a critical point.When the response time is lower than the critical point,the benefits of manufacturing enterprises will not increase no matter how to change the service price.The conclusion is helpful in manufacturing enterprise to sign services level agreement and providing the theoretical basis for the remote monitoring service pricing based on the response time.
