互联网时代公共图书馆开展多元化信息服务实证分析——以宁夏回族自治区图书馆为例

An Empirical Analysis of Diversified Information Services Provided by Public Libraries in the Internet Era——A Case Study of the Ningxia Library

文章以宁夏回族自治区图书馆为例,就其在开展多元化信息服务中进行的馆舍硬件改造升级、音乐视听空间的创立、慢时光书吧及西部美术馆的引进创立等具体实践进行了实证分析,在此基础上,从提高馆员素质,创新服务理念及服务方式,多渠道、多方式缓解经费紧张局面,开展多元化信息资源建设及服务,建立多种方式的读者反馈通道体系等方面给出了公共图书馆开展多元化信息服务的具体策略。

Taking the Ningxia Library as an example, this article makes an empirical analysis on the concrete practices of the library hardware renovation and upgrading, the creation of music audio-visual space, the slow time book bar and the introduction and establishment of western art museum in the process of carrying out diversified information services. On this basis, it provides reference for public libraries to carry out diversified services from the aspects of improving the quality of librarians, innovating service concepts and modes, alleviating the shortage of funds through multiple channels and modes, carrying out diversified information resources construction and services, and establishing a multiple ways for reader feedback channels.
