犊牛布病疫苗免疫效果监测及免疫程序的建立 被引量:3

摘要 为了探究布鲁氏菌活疫苗A19免疫奶牛后对体液免疫水平及疫苗体外排菌的影响,选取90头3~4月龄布病抗体阴性犊牛,通过颈部皮下免疫布鲁氏菌活疫苗A19,测定免疫后4h、8h、24h、48h、72h和120h的犊牛体温变化,检测免疫30d后转阳性和排菌情况,免疫后90d检测抗体转阴水平。结果表明,犊牛免疫布鲁氏菌活疫苗A19后,体温变化明显,免疫后30d抗体转阳率100%,部分牛只可通过阴道向外界排菌,免疫后90d转阴率达到78.4%。本试验为牧场布病疫苗的使用及建立合理的布病净化程序提供了参考。 To investigate the effect of humoral immunity and excretion situation of calves vaccinated with live Brucellosis vaccine A19,totally 90 negative 3-4-month-old calves were selected and divided into two groups equally,immunized with vaccine A19.The body temperature of calves were measured at 4h,8h,24h,48h,72h,96h and 120h after immunization.The positive and excretion situation were detected after 30 days,the antibody-negative levels were detected after 90 days.The results showed that the body temperature of calves were significantly changed after vaccination.All of calves produced antibody 30 days after vaccination.Some of the calves could be excreted Brucella through the vagina to the outside.The rate of negative conversion reached 78.4%after 90 days.This experiment provided a reference for the use of vaccine in pasture and the establishment of purification program.
