摘要
作为我国食品产业的支柱行业之一,乳制品行业具有巨大的市场需求和广阔的发展前景。随着一系列乳制品法规政策、标准制度的颁布,以及政府监管力度的加强,我国乳品安全水平得到大幅提升,但仍有乳品安全事件发生。本文分析了我国目前乳品安全现状和在乳品安全监管方面存在的问题,并借鉴国外食品安全监管经验,对加强乳品质量安全控制与监管提出了健全完善乳制品质量安全保障体系、建立大市场并行的监管模式、加大乳品质量安全监管力度的对策与建议。
As one of the pillar industries in food industry of China, dairy products industry has huge market demand and broad prospects for development. With the promulgation of a series of laws, regulations and standards for dairy products, and the strengthening of government supervision and management, the safety level of dairy products in China has been greatly improved, but there are still dairy safety accidents. This article will analyze the current status of dairy safety in China and the problems in the supervision of dairy safety, and gain experience from foreign food safety supervision. Finally, proposing countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the control and supervision of dairy quality and safety, improve and perfect the quality and safety guarantee system of dairy products; establish the parallel supervision mode of large market and strengthen the force of quality and safety supervision of dairy products.
