蚯蚓对不同污泥的处理效果研究

Study on the Treatment Effect of Earthworms on Different Sludges

通过比较蚯蚓在不同成分污泥中的生长繁殖状况,选择出最适合蚯蚓生长繁殖的污泥处理。蚯蚓养殖20d后,结果发现各处理组基料的含水率、pH值、C/N、有机质含量均有不同程度的降低。蚯蚓在NF(冲刷奶罐污泥+牛粪,5:5)和CF(城市生活污泥+牛粪,5:5)中5d后全部死亡;在CJ(城市生活污泥+秸秆,7:3)和CW(城市生活污泥)中可正常生长,未出现死亡现象,但是活动状态相对于NJ(冲刷奶罐污泥+秸秆,7:3)和NW(冲刷奶罐污泥)中的蚯蚓较为迟缓。蚯蚓增重各组排序为:NW>CW>NJ>CJ>NF=CF;蚯蚓产茧数排序为:NJ>CJ>NW>CW>NF=CF。

By comparing the growth and reproduction of earthworms in different components and treatment groups, the sludge treatment which was most suitable for the growth and reproduction of earthworms was selected for study. After 20 days of breeding, the results showed that the water content, pH, C/N and organic matter of the sludge treated by earthworm had decreased in varying degrees. Earthworms were all dead after 5 days in NF(scouring milk tank sludge + cow manure,5:5) and CF(municipal domestic sludge + cow manure, 5:5); in CJ(municipal domestic sludge + straw,7:3)and CW(municipal domestic sludge), the earthworms could grow normally without death, but the earthworms in the active state were relatively slow relative to the NJ(scouring milk tank sludge + straw,NJ 7:3)and NW(scouring milk tank sludge). The comparison of the maximum weight gain of earthworms was as follows: NW> CW> NJ> CJ> NF= CF; the cocoon production was as follows: NJ>CJ>NW>CW>NF=CF.
