摘要
针对某光伏发电站(作为电力系统的负载时)功率因数不满足考核要求的问题,基于光伏发电站关口点功率考核标准和关口计量表工作原理,对发电站功率因数不合格的原因进行分析和排查。通过对光伏发电站SVG设备、光伏发电站、系统侧变电站二次线、PT、CT以及电能计量表进行逐一分析,发现由于夜间架空线路充电功率的影响,系统侧关口点无功功率过高,功率因素偏低,无法满足电网的考核要求。电能表以有功功率P的方向为参考,对无功进行绝对值计算,使得计量的功率因素偏小,加重了被考核的可能。最后,提出解决方案,希望为新能源发电站的关口考核问题提供借鉴。
In order to solve the problem that the power factor of a photovoltaic power plant(when it acts as a load of the power system)does not meet the requirements of assessment,this paper analyzes and checks the reasons for the power factor unqualified based on the power examination standard of the gateway point and the working principle of the gateway meter.Through the analysis of SVG,PV power station and system side secondary line,PT and CT,energy metering meter one by one,it is found that the reactive power at the system side crossing is too high and the power factor is too low due to the influence of overhead line charging power at night,which cannot meet the requirements of grid assessment.The direction of active power P is the reference direction,and the absolute value of reactive power is calculated,which makes the power factor of measurement smaller and aggravates the possibility that the power factor does not meet the requirements.Finally,the problems and solutions proposed in this paper provide a reference for the checkpoint assessment of new energy power plants.
