Analytical Demonstration of the Need to Set up Low-Voltage Mobile Power for the Subsequent AP1000 Project Nuclear Power Plants

福岛核电站事故的重要教训之一是确保紧急情况具有可用电源。事故发生后,为了进一步提高核设施的安全水平,国家核安全局发布了《福岛核事故后核电厂改进行动通用技术要求》。基于此,首先介绍了依据核安全法规要求核电厂动力电源设置的要求,其次分析了后续AP1000项目核电厂动力电源设置,最后对后续AP1000项目核电厂取消低压移动电源进行了分析论证。

One of the important lessons of the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident is to ensure that power is available in emergency situations.After the accident,in order to further improve the safety level of nuclear facilities,the National Nuclear Safety Administration issued the“General Technical Requirements for Improvement Actions of Nuclear Power Plants after the Fukushima Nuclear Accident”.This paper first introduces the requirements for nuclear power plant power supply settings in accordance with nuclear safety regulations.Then it analyzes the power supply settings of the subsequent AP1000 project nuclear power plant,and finally analyzes and demonstrates the subsequent elimination of low-voltage mobile power by the AP1000 project nuclear power plant.
