摘要
为了解决乳液聚合中传统乳化剂游离造成的拒水剂性能低下的问题,将可聚合乳化剂ANPEO10-P1、ANPEO10-P2和DNS-86用于氟硅拒水整理剂的合成,并探讨合成工艺对合成的拒水剂的乳液性能和对纯棉织物的拒水性能的影响.结果表明,当选用DNS-86为乳化剂,乳化剂质量分数为1.5%(占单体总质量),改性单体(G-04+KH-151)质量分数为70%(占壳总单体的质量比),改性单体配比为G-04∶KH-151=6∶1,核中基础单体配比LMA∶MMA=7∶3,核壳质量比为4∶6,引发剂KPS质量分数为1.0%(占单体总质量)时,可获得乳液性能稳定、拒水性能优良的氟硅拒水整理剂.
In order to solve the problem of low water repellent performance caused by traditional emulsifiers in emulsion polymerization,the polymerizable emulsifiers ANPEO10-P1,ANPEO10-P2 and DNS-86 are used in the synthesis of fluorosilicone water repellent finishes.The effects of synthetic processes on the emulsion properties of synthetic water repellent and the water repellency properties of cotton fabrics are discussed.The results show that when DNS-86 is selected as the emulsifier,the emulsifier dosage is 1.5%(total monomer mass),the dosage of modified monomer(G-04+KH-151)70%(accounting for total monomer content of the shell mass ratio),modified monomer ratio G-04:KH-151=6:1,base monomer ratio in core LMA:MMA=7:3,core-shell mass ratio 4:6,the dosage of initiator KPS 1.0%(total monomer mass).A fluorosilicone water repellent finishing agent with stable emulsion properties and excellent water repellency can be thus obtained.
