摘要
为研究工艺参数对B_4C颗粒增强铝基复合材料板材挤压过程的影响,采用DEFORM-3D软件对B4C颗粒增强铝基复合材料板材的挤压过程进行有限元模拟,讨论不同工艺参数(摩擦因数、挤压速度和坯料初始温度)对板材挤压过程的影响,分析在不同的挤压条件下,模具出口处板材的各场变量(平均应力、等效应变)随工艺参数的变化规律.结果表明,当摩擦因数μ为0.2时,板材的平均应力分布最均匀;挤压速度v为1mm·s^(-1)时,板材的平均应力及等效应变分布最均匀;温度过高会降低板材平均应力和等效应变的均匀性.
To study the effect of process parameters on the extrusion process of boron carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composite sheets,the finite element simulation was carried out by the DEFORM-3D software.The effect of different process parameters(friction factor,extrusion velocity and initial temperature of billet)on the extrusion process was discussed.The changing rule of field variables(mean stress and equivalent strain)at the outlet of die with process parameters was analyzed.The results show that the mean stress is the most homogeneous when friction factor is 0.2;the mean stress and equivalent strain are the most homogeneous when extrusion velocity is 0.1 mm·s^-1;the excessive temperature makes the mean stress and equivalent strain less homogeneous.
