大断面硬岩巷道快速掘进六位一体关键技术的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 区域瓦斯治理需要施工大量的岩巷工程,岩巷工程施工速度对具备区域瓦斯治理的时间影响很大。针对区域瓦斯治理工程如何实现快速掘进的问题,分析了戊_(9-10)-21070运输巷高位巷岩巷工作面围岩赋存特征及岩层性质,结合设备选型及配套生产系统等,为实现快速施工,提出了在大断面硬岩巷道通过采用"巷道层位的合理选择、配套设备选型、配套生产系统优化、断面支护参数及施工工艺优化、施工方案优化、激励约束机制"六位一体快速掘进关键技术体系方案。现场应用实践表明,该技术方案实现了大断面岩巷的快速掘进,月单进达到280 m,巷道稳定性效果较好,为其他类似条件下岩巷快速掘进提供了有益的指导。 Regional gas control requires a large number of rock roadway construction,and the construction speed of rock roadway has a great influence on the time of regional gas control.Aiming at the problem of how to achieve rapid excavation in the regional gas control project,this paper analyzes the occurrence characteristics and rock formation properties of the surrounding rock in the high-altitude rock roadway inⅤ9-10-21070 machine way,combined with equipment selection and supporting production system,in order to achieve rapid construction,it is proposed to adopt the"treasonous selection of roadway horizon,matching equipment selection,supporting production system optimization,section support parameters and construction process optimization,construction scheme optimization,incentive and restraint mechanism"in the large-section hard rock roadway.The key technical system program,field application practice shows that the technical solution realizes the rapid excavation of large-section rock roadway,the monthly single-entry reaches 280 m,the roadway stability effect is better,which provides useful guidance for rapid tunneling under other similar conditions.
