五峰绿茶的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:8

摘要 对湖北五峰生产的绿茶总提物的抗氧化活性进行研究。通过测定五峰绿茶总提物的还原能力、对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐[2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt,ABTS+]自由基以及超氧阴离子的清除能力、对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制能力,探讨绿茶的体外抗氧化活性。绿茶提取物对DPPH自由基的最大清除率为92.479%,IC50为50.561μg/mL;对ABTS+自由基的最大清除率为99.971%,IC50为8.811μg/mL;最大还原力为96.303%,IC50为87.548μg/mL;对超氧阴离子的最大清除率为57.343%,IC50为196.095μg/mL;对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为36.259%。表明五峰绿茶具有良好的体外抗氧化和一定的酪氨酸酶活性抑制能力。 To study the antioxidant activity in vitro of total extractions from wu-feng green tea(WGT).The activity was explored by reducing power method,the scavenging effects of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt(ABTS+)and superoxide anion free radical,and inhibition of tyrosinase activity.As the results,the maximum scavenging rates of the WGT on DPPH,ABTS+and superoxide anion free radical scavenging assays were 92.479%,99.971%and 57.343%,the IC50were 50.561,8.811 and 196.095μg/mL,respectively.The maximum reducing power and the IC50were 96.303%and 87.548μg/mL.The scavenging capacity of WGT on reducing power and free radicals was weaker than vitamin C.And the relative inhibitory rate of tyrosinase activity appears 36.259%.These results support strong antioxidant activity and tyrosinase inhibited activity in vitro for the WGT.
