摘要 为提高小龙虾资源的综合利用提供参考,从功能性成分开发和产品种类两大方面系统综述国内外小龙虾综合利用研究进展,并总结小龙虾产业与综合利用研究中所存在的问题,最后展望今后小龙虾产业综合利用的发展方向与研究重点。 Systematic review of recent progress in the application of comprehensive utilization and functional ingredients was provided to offer beneficial reference for further improving of comprehensive utilization of crayfish.The problems existing in industrial states and comprehensive utilization of crawfish were also summarized in this paper.Finally,the future directions and research priorities based on the industry perspectives and scientific researchers of crawfish were proposed.
