摘要
基于影响城镇化过程中城市水安全复杂要素,运用熵权法和可拓学理论构建城市水安全评价模型,并以广州市为例,通过建立基于DPSIR模型的水安全评价指标体系,对2007—2015年广州市的水安全状况进行评价分析。结果表明:广州市在城镇化建设进程中水安全状况呈现逐渐好转趋势,2015年广州市水安全状况达到"安全"级别;自然灾害、城镇化人口比例、废水排放量增大对广州市水安全产生不利影响;万元工业增加值用水量减少、污水处理率提升、城市基础设施建设完善对广州市水安全起到有利作用。
The complex and multiple factors that affect urban water security in the process of urbanization were selected as research perspective,and the urban water security evaluation index system of Guangzhou was established by using the entropy weight method and the extension theory,which based on the DPSIR model. And then the urban water security in Guangzhou from 2007 to 2015 was evaluated. The results show that the urban water security situation in Guangzhou is becoming better in the process of urbanization,and the urban water security in Guangzhou in 2015 is safe state. Meanwhile,there are some negative factors,such as natural disasters,urbanization population ratio and discharge amount of wastewater,but the ten-thousand-Yuan industrial value-added water consumption,sewage treatment rate and urban infrastructure have positive effect on water safety.
