南水北调中线工程除藻拦污技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 南水北调中线工程干渠因藻类滋生而影响水质。为了保证供水安全,在干渠止水闸门前设置格栅类过滤设备,机械式对渠道水中藻类等污物进行拦截,以减轻水质污染的程度及对原管网的损害。全自动机械式除藻拦污设备以止水闸门门槽为支撑进行安装,设备由对过流断面中藻类等污物拦截的过滤装置、带动过滤装置进行旋转的传动机构、将过滤装置上拦截下来的藻类等污物进行处理的冲洗机构和排污机构,以及对以上机构和装置进行控制的全自动控制系统等组成。该设备在南水北调中线工程郑州段十八里河止水闸门门槽成功安装和运行表明:对水中藻类等污物可以成功拦截60%;该全自动机械式拦藻截污技术的应用经济效益显著,具有较高的推广应用价值。 Algae blooms in the main canal of the Mid-Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and those affect the water quality. In order to ensure the safety of water supply,filtering equipment with grids was installed in front of the slot of main canal sluice for removing the algae in the main channel water by external force to reduce water pollution and damage to raw water pipe. The equipment was installed with the slot of the sluice gate as the support and consisted of a filtering component,a transmission device,a flusher and blow down device and an automatic control system,and so on. The equipment was successfully installed and operated in the slot of sluice of Shibalihe in Zhengzhou section of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and algae and other contaminants in the water could be successfully removed by more than60%.The application of this technique has great economic and social benefits and has high popularization and application value.
