摘要 目的:探讨不同侵袭性膀胱癌患者预后与基因差异表达研究,预测不同侵袭性膀胱癌发生和发展的机制。方法:从NCBI的基因表达汇编(GEO)数据库收集膀胱肿瘤相关的公共数据集,对表达谱资料及临床信息进行分析;利用差异表达基因分析和互作基因检索工具,分析不同侵袭性膀胱癌患者预后与基因差异表达。结果:肌层浸润性膀胱癌生存预后较非肌层浸润性膀胱癌差,上调的核心基因包括ATF3基因、CTGF基因、MT2A基因以及SLC2A3基因,下调的核心基因包括HSD17B2基因和FABP4基因。结论:膀胱癌侵袭性的影响可能与ATF3基因、CTGF基因、MT2A基因以及SLC2A3基因的上调和HSD17B2基因和FABP4基因下调有关,且可能作为潜在的判断膀胱癌患者预后的标志物和治疗肿瘤的靶标。 Objective: To clarify the Prognosis and gene differential expression in patients with different invasive bladder cancer and predicted the mechanism of occurrence and development of different invasive bladder cancer. Methods: Public dataset of bladder cancer from NCBI were collected and expression profile and clinical information were analyzed. Differentially expressed genes and interactive gene retrieval tools were used to analyze the prognosis and gene differential expression in patients with different invasive bladder cancer. Results: The survival prognosis of muscle invasive bladder cancer is worse than that of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. The key genes up regulated include ATF3 gene,CTGF gene,MT2A gene and SLC2A3 gene. The core genes down regulated include the HSD17B2 gene and the FABP4 gene. Conclusion: The invasiveness of bladder cancer may be related to the up-regulation of ATF3 gene,CTGF gene,MT2A gene,and SLC2A3 gene,and the down regulation of the HSD17B2 gene and FABP4 gene,which may serve as potential marker for predicting the prognosis of bladder cancer and the target for the treatment of tumor.
