针灸结合康复治疗对脑出血偏瘫的疗效观察

Observation the curative effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy on hemiplegia caused by cerebral hemorrhage

目的:观察脑出血后单侧偏瘫患者的针灸结合康复的治疗效果。方法:将南通大学第二附属医院2012年9月至2014年8月脑出血患者82例,对所有患者采用针灸结合康复的方法进行治疗。记录治疗完成后的临床效果并予以统计分析。结果:所有患者均完成临床治疗,其中治愈28例,显效患者31例,有效患者18例,无效患者5例,临床治疗总有效率为93.9%。结论:对于脑出血患者,治疗选择针灸结合康复治疗的方法后,治疗效果明确,临床治愈率较高,可以有效的恢复脑出血偏瘫患者的患肢功能,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in patients with unilateral hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: From September 2012 to August 2014,82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation. The clinical effect after treatment was recorded and analyzed statistically. Results:All the patients completed clinical treatment,including 28 cases cured,31 cases with marked effect,18 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective. The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.9%. Conclusion: For patients with cerebral hemorrhage,the treatment effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation is clear and the clinical cure rate is relatively high,which can effectively restore the limb function of patients with hemiplegia with cerebral hemorrhage and has high clinical value.
