Diet nursing experience of thyroid cancer after neck dissection

目的:探究甲状腺癌颈淋巴结清扫术后饮食护理效果。方法:对照组进行普通的护理,而观察组则在对照组的基础上实施饮食护理。结果:观察组高于对照组的并发症发生率,观察组患者满意度优高于对照组。结论:加强健康饮食指导与管理,有助于减少不良反应,并有助于提高患者的治疗满意度,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of dietary nursing after neck lymph node dissection for thyroid cancer. Methods: The control group received general nursing,while the observation group received dietary nursing on the basis of the control group. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the patients’ satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Strengthening the guidance and management of healthy diet is helpful to reduce adverse reactions and improve patients’ satisfaction with treatment. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
