行IVF-ET助孕治疗发生卵巢过度刺激综合征合并多胎妊娠患者的护理

Nursing care of patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome complicated with multiple pregnancy undergoing IVF-ET assisted reproductive treatment

目的:分析行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕治疗患者发生卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)合并多胎妊娠的护理方法及效果。方法:选取湖北医药学院附属十堰市人民医院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的70例行IVF-ET助孕治疗发生OHSS合并多胎妊娠患者进行观察,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。分别给予全面护理、常规护理,观察两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度、舒适度均优于对照组,且流产率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行IVF-ET助孕治疗的OHSS合并多胎妊娠患者实施全面护理可以提高患者的满意度、舒适度,降低流产发生率。

Objective:To analyze the nursing methods and effects of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)complicated with multiple pregnancy.Methods:Seventy cases of OHSS complicated with multiple pregnancies treated with IVF-ET in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were observed.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.Comprehensive nursing and routine nursing were respectively given to observe the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction and comfort of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the abortion rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for OHSS patients with multiple pregnancies treated with IVF-ET can improve their satisfaction,comfort and reduce the incidence of miscarriage.
