消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of xiaoguoping injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的:分析探讨在晚期食管癌的治疗中采用消癌平注射液联合化疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年1月在吉林省人民医院接受治疗的食管癌病患80例,随机将病患分为两组,每组各40例病患,其中一组病患给予单纯化疗设为对照组,给予另一组病患消癌平注射液联合化疗设为联合组,观察分析两组病患的临床治疗效果。结果:联合组总体治疗有效率为57.5%,对照组总体治疗有效率为42.5%,联合组病患的总体治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组病患不良反应比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在晚期食管癌的治疗中采用消癌平注射液联合化疗,临床疗效显著,且用药安全,未见严重不良反应增加,可在临床上推广。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with esophageal cancer who were treated inJilin Province People s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.One group was treated with chemotherapy alone and set as the control group,and the other group was treated with xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy as the combined group.Clinical effect Of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 57.5%in the combined group,which was significantly higher than 42.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group.Conclusion:Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer has a significant clinical effect and safety with no serious adverse reactions increased.It can be promoted in clinical practice.
