预约服务在门诊产前检查中的应用

Application of booking service in outpatient prenatal examination

目的分析门诊产前检查中应用全程预约服务的临床价值。方法选择本院门诊在2017年11月-2018年11月收治的行产前检查的孕妇82例,将82例孕妇根据接诊顺序分成研究组(n=41)与对照组(n=41),对照组接受常规门诊预约服务;研究组接受全程预约服务,比对两组孕妇对诊疗工作投诉率、满意度及就诊时间与候诊时间。结果研究组孕妇对诊疗工作投诉率、满意度、就诊时间及候诊时间与对照组临床指标数据比对有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论门诊产前检查中应用全程预约服务,可以有效降低投诉率,提高诊疗服务质量,缩短诊疗时间,值得临床采用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the application of full-course appointment service in outpatient prenatal examination. Methods A total of 82 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the outpatient department. 82 pregnant women were divided into study group(n=41) and control group(n=41) according to the order of admission. The control group received regular outpatient appointment service; the study group received a full-time appointment service. Complaint rate, satisfaction, and time of consultation and waiting time of the two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results The pregnant women in the study group were more meaningful in comparing the complaints rate, satisfaction, time of visit and waiting time with the clinical data of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of full-time appointment service in outpatient prenatal examination can effectively reduce the complaint rate, improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment services, shorten the diagnosis and treatment time, and is worthy of clinical adoption.
