奥氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病的疗效判定

Efficacy of olanzapine combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of early schizophrenia with diabetes

目的探讨奥氮平+齐拉西酮治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病疗效。方法将58例患者分为29例对照组(奥氮平)、29例观察组(奥氮平+齐拉西酮)。比较两组疗效。结果观察组PANSS评分各项评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率93.1%高于对照组75.86%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平+齐拉西酮治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of olanzapine + ziprasidone in the treatment of early schizophrenia with diabetes. Methods 58 patients were divided into 29 control groups(olanzapine) and 29 observation groups(olanzapine + ziprasidone). The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 93.1% higher than that of the control group(75.86%, P<0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine + ziprasidone is effective in the treatment of early schizophrenia with diabetes.
