目的分析Orem自理模式在老年痴呆护理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2017年1月-2018年6月我院接收的老年痴呆患者79例,按入院时间先后顺序分为研究组(n=40)与参照组(n=39),分别在其住院期间实施Orem自理模式与常规护理模式。比较分析两组生活质量(SF-36)情况,其中含括躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能及躯体角色等指标,以及生活能力(ADL)、痴呆严重程度(MMSE)指标评分,家属护理满意度情况。结果经组间比较显示研究组生活质量显著优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者ADL、MMSE评分显著优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组家属护理满意度明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将Orem自理模式应用于老年痴呆患者中效果理想,可对其生活质量予以有效改善,同时维护良好的护患关系,因此可广泛运用于临床中。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Orem self-care model in the nursing of senile dementia. Methods 79 senile dementia patients received in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected and divided into study group(n=40) and reference group(n=39) according to the time of admission. Orem selfcare mode and routine nursing mode were implemented during their hospitalization respectively. The quality of life(SF-36) of the two groups was compared and analyzed, including physical function, social function, emotional function and physical role, as well as the ability to live(ADL), dementia severity(MMSE) index score, family nursing satisfaction. Results The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05); the ADL and MMSE scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); and the nursing satisfaction of the family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Orem self-care model in enile dementia patients is effective, which can improve their quality of life effectively and maintain a good nurse-patient relationship, so it can be widely used in clinical practice.
