小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

Clinical effects observation of Xiaoer Kechuanling granules combined with Montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma

目的:观察小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取50例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、治疗前后肺功能及诱导痰液中白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)等炎症因子的水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率为92.0%(23/25),明显高于对照组的52.0%(13/25);观察组症状消失时间明显短于对照组;观察组第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1%)明显高于对照组;观察组的PEF%(呼气流量峰值)优于对照组;治疗后观察组诱导痰液中IL-4、IL-6及IL-13水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的效果明显优于单独应用孟鲁司特钠治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Xiaoer Kechuanling granules combined with Montelukast sodium in treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods:Fifty children with cough variant asthma were enrolled in the study as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium,while the observation group was given Montelukast sodium combined with Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules.The clinical effects,symptom disappearance time,lung function before and after the treatment,and the levels of induced sputum interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin 13(IL-13)were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%(23/25),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.0%,13/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.525,P=0.000).The first second forced expiratory volume of the observation group(FEV1%)was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PEF%of the observation group(the peak expiratory flow)was better than the control group;the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-13 in the induced sputum of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the treatment;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xiaoer Kechuanling granules combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma is significantly superior to Montelukast sodium.
