摘要
目的:探讨巴林特小组心理干预对精神科护士职业倦怠感的影响。方法:选取20名精神科护士为研究对象,每周组织1次巴林特小组活动,干预12次后进行效果评价,比较干预前后护士职业倦怠感总分、情感衰竭、去个性化及个人成就感评分。结果:干预12次后护士的MBI总分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中情感衰竭、去个性化评分均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),个人成就感评分干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实施巴林特小组心理干预能有效缓解精神科护士的职业倦怠感。
Objective: To explore effects of psychological intervention of Balint Group on occupational burnout of psychiatric nurses. Methods: Twenty psychiatric nurses were selected as the research subjects. The Balint group activities were organized once a week for 12 weeks. Then, the total scores of occupational burnout as well as the scores of emotional exhaustion, deindividualization and personal accomplishment of the nurses before and after the intervention were compared. Results: After the intervention for 12 times, the total score of occupational burnout of the nurses was lower than that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). The scores of emotional exhaustion and deindividualization were lower than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). However, there was no signifi cant difference in the score of personal achievement before and after the intervention(P>0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of psychological intervention of Balint Group can effectively alleviate occupation burnout of the psychiatric nurses.
