整体护理在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补患者中的应用效果

Application effects of holistic nursing on patients with tension-free repair for indirect inguinal hernia

目的:观察整体护理在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取接受无张力修补术治疗的腹股沟斜疝患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采取整体护理,对照组采取常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:(1)观察组住院时间为(4.52±2.16)d,少于对照组的(7.66±2.08)d;护理满意度评分观察组为(92.48±3.64)分,高于对照组的(88.48±3.32)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)术后随访6个月,观察组并发症率、复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理在腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术患者中的应用效果优于常规护理效果。

Objective: To observe application effects of holistic nursing on patients with tension-free repair for in direct inguinal hernia. Methods: 60 patients with indirect inguinal hernia, who underwent tension-free repair in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017, were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each. The observation group was given the holistic nursing, while the control group used conventional nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:(1) The hospitalization time in the observation group was(4.52±2.16) d, which was less than that of the control group of(7.66±2.08) d; the nursing satisfaction score was(92.48±3.64) in the observation group, which was higher than that of the control group of(88.48±3.32); and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) After 6 months’ follow-up, the complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the patients with tension-free repair for indirect inguinal hernia, the application effects of the holistic nursing are better than the conventional nursing.
