Nowadays the“Internet Plus”initiative has permeated into various fields.It propels the operational information transformation,advances the technological innovation,and improves the efficiency of every industry.Therefore,in order to make real estate appraisal more scientific and accurate,it's imperative that we push forward the fusion of real estate appraisal and the“Internet Plus”.The article starts with the analysis of real estate development and current problems,and explores the establishment and application of databases in real estate.Further,based on the market comparison approach,this article discusses the application of“Internet Plus”big data platforms in the market data method of determining real estate property value.In addition,the article performs in-depth analysis of the guiding role that data platform application plays in the industry development trend of real estate appraisal.
