与高职院校管理模式相适应的校园文化体系建设探究

在我国的高等教育中,高等职业教育已经成为其重要的组成部分,并且为了适应国家经济建设的需要,高等职业教育正在突飞猛进的发展。但不可否认,现阶段高职院校内部管理过程中存在着校园管理模式构建与校园文化体系建设不对等的现象。高职院校在内部管理上怎样将校园文化体系建设与教育教学管理有机结合,与校园整体的内部管理相得益彰,已经成为高职院校内部管理的一个首要任务,因此,高职院校要从自身做起,不遗余力的实施内部改革,准确定位,不断推进校园文化体系的内涵建设、全体共建、纵深建设。努力搭建与高职院校管理模式相适应的科学高效的校园文化体系,完善与高职院校自身特色和发展建设相适应的管理模式。

The higher vocational education has become an important part of China’s Education.In order to meet the needs of national economic construction,higher vocational education is advancing by leaps and bounds.However,it is undeniable that there is a phenomenon in the internal management process of higher vocational colleges that the construction of campus management mode is not equal to the construction of campus culture system.How to combine the construction of campus culture system with the management of education and teaching organically in the internal management of higher vocational colleges has become a primary task of the internal management of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should start from their own,spare no effort to implement internal reforms,accurately locate,continuously promote the connotation construction of the campus cultural system,and together with the continuously promotion on the deep construction of the campus cultural system.Efforts should be made to build a scientific and efficient campus culture system that is compatible with the management model of higher vocational colleges,and to improve the management model that is compatible with the characteristics and development of higher vocational colleges.
