“双高计划”背景下辽宁省高职院校开展中外合作办学项目的建议——以辽宁省交通高等专科学校为例

Suggestions on Developing Chinese-foreign Cooperative Schools in Higher Vocational Colleges in Liaoning Province under the Background of Double High-Level Construction——Take Liaoning Provincial College of Communications as an example

2017年,辽宁省启动了高水平现代化高职院校和高水平特色专业群建设计划(简称"双高计划"),辽宁省交通高等专科学校承担了"中外合作办学项目的开发建设"任务。本文以中外合作办学项目为研究对象,通过对辽宁省交通高等专科学校中外合作办学项目的发展历程、指导思想、建设目标、管理模式和监督机制进行系统研究,为"双高计划"建设院校开展中外合作办学项目建设提供科学的建议。

It is launched a high-level modern higher vocational colleges and a high-level specialty group construction plan in Liaoning province in 2017.It has assumed the task of“development and construction of Chinese-foreign cooperative school-running projects”in Liaoning Provincial College of Communications.Through research on development,directive thoughts,construction objective,management mode,and monitoring mechanism of international cooperation project,it gives scientific advice on the construction of the vocational college international cooperation project undertaking Double High-Level Construction.
