摘要
以辽宁水利职业学院为个案,通过对企业深度参与职业教育现代学徒制改革实践的考察,描述了企业参与现代学徒制的实践样态。通过确立全程精准伴随化培养路径、健全与创新校企合作保障机制、倡导场景化与情景式教学方式、重视仪式教育的文化育人作用以及构建多元化学生学业评价体系等,使校企协同育人机制初步形成,学员学徒双重身份得以落实。基于此,取得了调整专业结构、优化专业布局、有效缓解结构性失业问题以及建立分类指导的制度保障体系等良好实施效果。
Taking Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College as an example,it is described the practice pattern of enterprises participating in modern apprenticeship system by investigating the practice of enterprises in the reform of modern apprenticeship system of vocational education.The school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism has been initially formed and the students’dual identities have been obtained by establishing a precise and concomitant training path,improving and innovating the school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism,advocating scenario-based and scenario-based teaching methods,attaching importance to the role of ritual education in cultural education,and building a diversified student academic evaluation system.Based on this,it has been achieved good results in adjusting the structure of specialties,optimizing the layout of specialties,effectively alleviating the structural unemployment problem,and establishing a classification guidance system.
