财务管理专业校企协同实践教学的动力问题研究——以皖北应用型高校为例 被引量:3

摘要 校企协同实践教学是目前认同度较高的一种实践教学模式。但由于财务管理岗位涉及企业商业秘密,学生为实习企业创利微小等原因,参与的企业大多动力不足;同时发现,由于高校对于实践教学师资同工不同酬、职称评定受限制等原因,参与实践教学的师资动力也不足。因此,基于财务管理专业校企协同实践教学活动,对安徽省部分应用型高校教师和企业进行了调研,深入分析了其动力不足产生的主要原因,最后提出了一些优化措施。 The school-enterprise cooperative practice teaching is one of practical teaching modes with high identity at present.However,because the financial management posts are involved in business secrets and students can only make low profit for internship enterprises and so on,the motivation of the enterprises is insufficient.At the same time,it is found that due to the relatively low income of practical teaching teachers with the same amount of work and restriction on their academic title evaluation compared to other teachers,the motivation of the practical teaching teachers is insufficient.Therefore,based on the school-enterprise cooperative practice teaching activities of Financial Management major,the research on the teachers and enterprises of some applied universities in Anhui province is carried out,and the main reasons for the lack of motivation are analyzed.Finally,some optimization measures are put forward.
