研究客观剖析了我国社会心理咨询服务专业化发展的现状与问题,其问题主要表现为:从业者专业化水平参差不齐、社会心理咨询的规范化程度较低、职业资格培训与认证体系不健全,以及理论与技术本土化不足。社会心理咨询服务的专业化发展,是解决现存问题的关键,研究提出了促进专业化发展的可行路径,主要包括以下几个方面:促进社会心理咨询服务的学科化发展、保障社会心理咨询服务的规范化发展、健全心理咨询师培训与资格认证体系、关注从业者的专业化成长,以及加强咨询理论与技术的本土化程度。

This paper objectively analyzes the present situation and problems of the specialization development of social psychological counseling service in China,mainly including the uneven professional level of practitioners,low degree of standardization of social psychological counseling,imperfect vocational qualification training and certification system,and inadequate localization of theory and technology.The professional development of social psychological counseling service is the key to solving the existing problems.The study puts forward the feasible ways to promote the professional development,which mainly include the following aspects: promoting the disciplinary development of social psychological counseling service,ensuring the standardized development of social psychological counseling service,improving the training of psychological counselors and qualification certification system,concerning about the professional growth of practitioners and strengthening the localization of consulting theory and technology.
