离职员工管理视角下企业社会网络拓展研究 被引量:4

摘要 与离职员工建立互惠合作关系,延续对离职员工的管理是企业拓展社会关系网络的重要途径。离职员工流动能够帮助企业获取结构洞中心位置,但过度嵌入也会带来关系冗余问题。对此,企业应重点关注离职员工中的"关键主体角色"。基于社会网络理论的强弱关系视角,以企业与离职员工关系的强度、企业与离职员工带来的新联结关系的强度为轴,构建企业社会网络拓展路径的四象限图,阐明企业在面对不同关系强度时的社会网络拓展思路。 It is an important way for enterprises to develop social network to establish mutually beneficial cooperative relationship with the resigned employees and continue the management of the resigned employees. Employee turnover can help enterprises to obtain the central position of the structure hole,but excessive embedding can also lead to the problem of relational redundancy. Therefore,enterprises should pay more attention to the " key principal role" of resigned employees. Based on the intensity of the relationship between enterprises and resigned employees,and that between enterprises and the new connection brought about by resigned employees,this paper constructs the four-quadrant diagram of the expansion path of enterprise social network,and expounds on the expansion of social network for enterprises with different relationship intensities.
