摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的发起和推进,我国与沿线国家的合作逐年深化,对外投资高速增长,福建作为"海上丝绸之路"核心区,对高层次人才的迫切需求更是毋庸置疑。通过对福建省高层次人才现状进行SWOT分析,结合人才政策的省际比较,借鉴自我决定理论的相关研究成果和国内外从内部动机出发的人才激励策略,提出建立自主引才方式、优化人才创新环境、革新人才评价、推动人才成长等促进内部动机实现和外部动机内化的"一带一路"人才引进与激励建议。
With the launching and pursuing of the Belt and Road Initiative,cooperation between China and countries along the route has deepened year by year,and foreign investment has grown rapidly. As a core area of "Maritime Silk Road",Fujian is in urgent need of high-level talents. Through analyzing the status quo of high-level talents in Fujian Province with SWOT and drawing on the relevant research results of Self-Determination Theory and the talent motivation strategies based on internal motivation at home and abroad,in combination with provincial comparison of talent policies,this paper puts forward suggestions of introducing and motivating talents for the Belt and Road Initiative,such as establishing independent talent introduction mode,optimizing talent innovation environment,reforming talent evaluation,promoting talent growth and so on to promote the realization of internal motivation and internalization of external motivation.
