中国东南沿海城市土地利用效率时空演化规律研究

Spatiotemporal evolution regulation of land use efficiency in southeast coastal cities of China

以东南沿海61个地级市为研究对象,建立由土地、资本、劳动投入与环境、经济、社会产出构成的土地利用效率评价指标体系,采取投入导向的SE-DEA模型、Malmquist指数和BCC模型作为研究方法,对东南沿海地区的城市土地利用效率进行实证研究,讨论土地利用效率值变化的内在规律并揭示时空异质性与驱动机制.结果显示,东南沿海城市土地利用效率总体较高,呈现出先上升后下降再上升的波动状态且不同省份城市间差距不断缩减,建议挖掘城市存量土地集约利用、优化升级产业结构、加大科研教育投入和提高劳动力素质等.

This study selected 61 prefecture-level cities in the southeast coastal area as research objects,and established an evaluation index system of land use efficiency consisting of land,capital,labor input and environment,economy and social output,and adopted an input-oriented SE-DEA model,Malmquist index and BCC model used as research methods to empirically study the urban land use efficiency in the southeast coastal cities.The internal laws of land use efficiency values are discussed and the spatiotemporal heterogeneity and driving mechanism are revealed.It is concluded that the land use efficiency of the southeast coastal cities is generally high;showing the rising-falling-rising fluctuations and the gap between the provinces and cities is shrinking.It is suggested that the intensive use of urban stock land should be explored,the industrial structure should be optimized and upgraded,and the investment in scientific research and education should be increased to improve the quality of labor.
