现代学徒制模式下校企联合招生的思考

现代学徒制通过校企深度合作、师徒结对培养来提升我国高等职业院校人才培养工作水平,而做好校企联合招生是实现现代学徒制目标的重要保证。现代学徒制下招生工作具有多样、双元和灵活的特点及政策落实难、社会反响不一、协同机制尚未健全等难点。从人才培养方案的制定、多元化协同招生机制的建立、联合招生的管理与保障机制的完善入手,可为招生工作的顺利开展提供有效途径。

Through in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the modern apprenticeship systemeffectively improves the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in China in the way of mentoring.School-enterprise joint enrollment guarantees that the the goals of modern apprenticeship are successfully achieved.In the context of modern apprenticeship,the enrollment work shows the advantages of diversity,duality and flexibilitywhile it also faces great challenges such as difficult implementation of policies,inconsistent social reactions,imperfectcoordinating mechanism,etc. To achieve the success of enrollment work,it is of necessity to work on the programs oftalent cultivation,establish the diversified and coordinated enrollment mechanism,improve the management of jointenrollment,and to perfect the relevant assurance mechanism.
