摘要
以2-甲基-5-硝基苯磺酸为原料、次氯酸钠为氧化剂,在氢氧化钾和碳酸钾水溶液中,制备2-羧基-5-硝基苯磺酸盐,并优化2-羧基-5-硝基苯磺酸盐的氧化工艺。结果表明:次氯酸钠与2-甲基-5-硝基苯磺酸的量比为4.0∶1.0,2-甲基-5-硝基苯磺酸、氢氧化钾、碳酸钾的量比为2.15∶2.0∶1.0时,在梯度升温反应条件下,2-羧基-5-硝基苯磺酸盐收率达92.8%,纯度为97.6%。该合成方法可解决2-甲基-5-硝基苯磺酸氧化难问题,避免了使用重金属盐氧化剂易导致的环境污染问题。
2-carboxy-5-nitrobenzene sulfonate was processed with 2-methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulphonic as the raw material and sodium hypochlorite as oxidant in the aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate.The oxidative process of 2-carboxy-5-nitrobenzene sulfonate was optimized.The results showed that the yield and purity of 2-carboxy-5-nitrobenzene sulfonate were 92.8% and 97.6% respectively when the ratio of sodium hypochlorite to 2-methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic was 4.0:1.0 and the ratio of 2-methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic,potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate was 1.0:2.15:2.0.This synthetic method can help solve the problems of difficult oxidation of 2-methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic and environmental pollution caused by heavy metal salt oxidant.
