跳仓法在地下室基坑围护变形控制中的应用

Application of Jump Warehouse Method in Deformation Control of Basement Foundation Pit

结合上海某建筑工程,对地下室土方开挖施工过程中出现的基坑变形问题进行分析;采用跳仓法对其第三层土方进行开挖施工,给出了跳仓法施工仓的划分方案、跳仓法施工工艺及施工要点等。实践证明,实施跳仓法以"缝"代"带",可有效控制基坑围护变形,缩短工期,确保施工质量,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

In terms of a construction project in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the deformation of foundation pit in the process of underground earthwork excavation.The third layer of earthwork is excavated by jump warehouse method,and the classification,construction technology and key points of this method are elaborated on.The practice has proved that the practice of “seam” replacing “belt” can effectively control the deformation of foundation pit enclosure,shorten the construction period,and ensure the construction quality,and this method achieves good economic and social benefits.
