摘要
试验验证了乙醇胺(ETA)和吗啉2种有机胺碱化剂对水杨酸-次氯酸盐分光光度法测定凝结水中氨氮(NH_3-N)质量浓度的影响,以及碱性过硫酸钾消解对紫外分光光度法测定含有机胺碱化剂的凝结水中总氮质量浓度的影响。结果表明:ETA和吗啉不影响水杨酸-次氯酸盐分光光度法测定凝结水中的氨氮质量浓度;碱性过硫酸钾消解可用于紫外分光光度法测定含有机胺碱化剂的凝结水中的总氮质量浓度。根据凝结水中总氮质量浓度和氨氮质量浓度可以计算出有机胺碱化剂的质量浓度,因此水杨酸-次氯酸盐分光光度法和紫外分光光度法联合运用,可测定含氨的凝结水中ETA或吗啉等有机胺碱化剂的质量浓度。
Tests were carried out to verify the effect of ethanolamine(ETA)and morpholine on determination of mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)in water by salicylic acid-hypochlorite spectrophotometry method and the effect of alkaline potassium persulfate digestion on determination of mass concentration of total nitrogen in condensate containing organic amine alkalinizer by UV spectrophotometry method.The results show that,the ETA and morpholine has no effect on detection of the ammonia nitrogen in condensate by salicylic acid-hypochlorite spectrophotometry method.The alkaline potassium persulfate digestion can be used to detect the mass concentration of total nitrogen in condensate containing organic amine alkalinity by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.According to mass concentration of the total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in condensate,the mass concentration of the organic amine alkalizing agent can be calculated.Therefore,the mass concentration of ETA and morpholine in aqueous ammonia can be detected by combining the salicylic acid-hypochlorite spectrophotometry with the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
