新时代党内思想教育:挑战、作用及路径创新

CCP's Inner-Party Ideological and Political Education in the New Era:Its Significance and Path Innovation

新时代党员思想素质仍然面临着理论坚守、政治坚定、行动自觉三大挑战,作为解决党员灵魂深处思想问题的党内思想教育,应该成为新时代党建工作的新常态。党内思想教育对理论强党具有助推作用;对思想建党承担着重要责任;对制度治党具有价值指引作用。为使党内思想教育产生实效,需要进行路径创新:抓好三大人群、抓牢三个结合、强化理论平台研究成果的社会辐射力和网络影响力。

In the New Era,CCP member’s ideological and political quality is still facing three major challenges in theoretical persistence,political firmness and consciousness in action.As the key solution to resolve the ideological and political problems in the deep soul of CCP members,ideological and political education should become the new normal for the New Era’s Party Construction.The inner-party ideological and political education will boost strengthening Party with theory,will take important responsibility in building the Party with ideology,and will provide value direction for the Party management with regulations.In order to make inner-party ideological and political education produce lead to real effect,the paths should be re-planned with innovation.Three major groups of people should be well targeted,three combinations should be held firmly,and the social radiation and network influence of research outcomes from theoretical platforms should also be enhanced.
