论中国特色社会主义意识形态话语权的提升及其实现路径

Promotion and its realization of the discourse right of socialism ideology with Chinese characteristics

话语权是指影响社会发展方向的能力。进入新时代,中国面临越来越大的挑战和压力,提升社会主义意识形态话语权,是新时代赋予的使命任务。故而,在构建意识形态话语权过程中借助说理成为提升话语权的一种实现路径。当前,中国特色社会主义意识形态话语权面临来自各种社会思潮及其时代困境的挑战、理论与现实张力巨大、说理的媒介路径匮乏等困境。为此,要推动意识形态理论话语创新、满足群众美好生活需要以缩小意识形态理论与现实的张力、加强媒介建设以构建媒介说理公共场域。

Discourse right refers to the ability to influence the direction of social development.In the new era,China face more and more challenges and pressure.Promoting the discourse right of socialism ideology is a new mission given by the new era.Thus,with the means of reasoning to construct ideological discourse right becomes a realization way to enhance discourse right.Nowadays,the discourse right of socialism ideology with Chinese characteristics face many difficulties including challenges from various social ideologies and their disadvantages of times,huge tension between theory and reality,shortage of media path to reason.Therefore,there are some measures should be taken including promoting discourse innovation of ideological theory,reducing the tension by meeting the people’s needs for a better life,and strengthening the construction of media to construct media reasoning’s public field.
