摘要
结合多目标优化与AHP在结构设计中的优点,对某型滚齿机床床身的设计参数进行改进。运用CAD软件建立参数化模型,将其导入有限元分析软件AWB中对其进行动静态特性分析;通过灵敏度分析得到影响床身性能的主要设计参数,同时可视化其对目标函数的响应面;利用床身的多目标优化法,即以其质量最小、变形最小和一阶固有频率最大为目标函数产生最优解的解集;最后利用AHP确定床身解集合中的各优化方案权重系数,寻找出最优解。
Combined with multi-objective optimization and the advantages of AHP in the structural design, the design parameters for a certain gear hobbing machine are modified. First, the paper establishes its parametric model with CAD software and puts it into the AWB where vibration modal and the static analysis are performed;then with sensitivity analysis, the main design parameters which influence the performance of the machine body;mean-while,the responding surface of objective function visualized.Furthermore,the design of multi-objective optimization of the body is performed with these geometric parameters as the design variables. After all optimum proposals are proposed, with AHP to determine the weighting coefficient, and finally the most Pareto-optimal solution is drawn.
